This is officially the "say cheese" face. How can you resist this?
We have transformed the pack-n-play to a play center which she is not too fond of thus far. I think she has figured out that it is a way for mom and dad to have her self-entertain so we can cook, do laundry and clean.
I can hear her saying "what am I supposed to do now?"

We were having dress up this day. Trying on outfits that she is about to grow out of, making sure that she at least gets a picture in it before we have to pack it away.

When I get ready for work in the mornings, Clara sits in her little chair in the doorway to the bathroom. She watches as I put on makeup and do my hair and often falls asleep to the white noise of my hair dryer. On this day she was fussing so I gave her a graham cracker and at this very moment she couldn't decide which was more important, sleep or the cracker.

Clara loves her stacking rings. I can't wait for her to figure out the concept of stacking them so she can do it herself. Watching a child learn really makes you wish you could know exactly what they are thinking at every moment.
