Our little Mr. Man is turning 3!  I can't believe how fast time has flown and how big he is getting.

We took the kids to the zoo this weekend which Clara loved but it was a scorcher outside. It was about 90 degrees with no wind and high humidity. Baby James slept (uncomfortably) for most of the experience

but eventually he woke up to eat and share his "enthusiasm".
Clara loved every animal she could see. She called the tiger a "big huge kitty".
Feeding the goats turned out to be a big hit. I figured that with this shy fase that she is going through that she would have clung to our legs and not gone within 20 feet of them.

We gave her some food and wouldn't ya know it! We could have left her there all day!

I think she'll be asking to go back very soon.

This was an amazing event I call "Clara's Morning". She got up, DESTROYED her room and by 11:00 put herself down for a nap. What a day...

James is much more talkative these days!

I feel like they are already chatting about mischevious things to do ;)

James is growing so quickly and I feel like I haven't taken as many pictures of him as I did with Clara when she was so small. So I'm trying to get better at the photo shoots. This look will pretty much get him whatever he wants, I just hope it's a long time before he figures that out!Bored with pictures.This cracks me up! As if he's saying "haven't you ever seen a baby try to cram his whole fist in his mouth before?" And I swear, for every picture that I take of James, I can find the same picture of Clara when she was that old. Here she is at 2 months.Maybe if I.....just....stretch... Nope, still can't do it.

Siblings?

When James was born the first words out of my mouth were "he looks just like Clara did". Well, some people see it and some don't but here is the proof that they are siblings. In these photos, James is 2 months and Clara is 3 months.
