The Novel

I title this The Novel because that's what it will be. We haven't posted in so long I feel terrible for those of you who check for new pictures on a regular basis. Well, today is your lucky day!! We have so many things to talk about, where to start?

Eating solid foods is getting interesting. We've had to start fooling her into eating her vegetables. She's had enough sweet tasting fruits that she doesn't like the greeen things anymore.

A lady that works in my building brought her a pair of bunny slippers and she had a great time trying to pull their ears off.

The week before Christmas Clara's cousins, Owen and Will turned 3. This is a photo of her joining in on the gift opening. James' brother has taken another beautiful pic.

A couple of days later we discovered why her cheeks had been so rosy.

Clara has two teeth! The bottom front two. What she got for Chrismas were her two front teeth! I tried to take a picture but she got ticked at me when I stuck my finger in her mouth to try and hold her bottom lip down with one hand and take the photo with the other.
Clara is getting better at sitting propped up, mostly in the corner of the couch. She's only self entertaining for about 10 minutes and then she gets bored and cries.

Some of the best pictures I get are the ones of her sleeping in her car seat. She sleeps so deeply that I can do things like this!

Since we're on the subject of feet... she's found hers. This was the first time she pulled off her own sock.

Then she sacked out with dad on the couch.

When I had gone out to do the last minute Christmas shopping I found these. I realize it's the dead of winter but how cute is this?
